This season we will have a limited number of sides or whole pigs available for purchase. We will take “reservations” on a first-come first-served basis. The total cost per side (half pig) will be around $650+/-. If you wish to reserve a whole pig we offer a 10% discount on the total finished price. There is ultimately some variability in your final cost depending on each pig’s hanging weight and also the way in which you choose to have your pork cut, packaged, and smoked.
